Invasion Lab | Bogotá, Colombia (2012)

Conceived by the collaborative collective Invasion Lab, Avenida Pixel was an urban video mapping intervention across the walls and public spaces of Bogotá. Driven by the concept of "invading the city," the project projected retro pop-culture icons—such as Space Invaders and Bannertail—alongside symbolic graphics opposing social violence created by renowned Colombian street artist JuegaSiempre. The intervention blended digital nostalgia, public art, and social commentary into an open-air audiovisual experience.
